City of Jackson issues boil water notice

City of Jackson Water crews are repairing a 16” water line break at the corner of Siwell and Raymond Roads that has caused a loss of water pressure.  Due to the loss in water pressure, the City of Jackson Water/Sewer Utilities Division has issued a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice for the following customers:

  • [4600-5200] Raymond Rd
  • Stratford Dr
  • Hidden Valley Lane
  • Overlook Place
  • Western Hills Dr
  • Sundown Trail
  • Old Spanish Trail
  • Wally World Lane
  • Elizabeth Chapman Dr
  • Owens Oak Dr
  • Oakhill Cove
  • Oakhill Dr
  • Hillandale Dr
  • Westbury Square

This advisory affects about 355 customers in the City of Jackson Maddox Road Well Water System.

This is a precautionary advisory.  This notice does not mean that water is unsafe, but it does mean that residents must take precaution and boil water before use

Residents will be notified immediately when the advisory is lifted.
